Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum three-year clinical experience in the respective department required. - Experience in breast imaging, diagnostics, biopsies, and whole breast ultrasound. - Prior travel experience of one 13-week assignment required.

Unit Details: - Performs complex diagnostic ultrasound procedures of various organs and soft tissues. - Uses sophisticated ultrasonic imaging units and reading/reporting systems. - May perform paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsy exams according to policy. - Exams may be performed in the ultrasound department or on other departments or nursing floors as required. - Patient population includes infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. - May train new staff and mentor sonography students.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating days of the week with varied shifts; schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends and holidays. - No call. - One additional shift is required during each schedule period.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float to the needs of the organization up to competency level.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
