Whether you already have experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and support to help you build your career.What You'll Do:Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tiresInspect vehicles for tire wear, damage, and basic maintenance concernsAssist customers with tire recommendations and service needsPerform basic vehicle services and safety inspectionsOperate shop equipment safely and efficientlyHelp maintain inventory, shop cleanliness, and organizationWork as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We're Looking For:Must be at least 18 years of age.Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right personValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environmentStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPositive attitude and good communication skillsTeam player who enjoys helping customersPhysical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment.
