Bar Back - PT

Stock and replenish bar inventory including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.

Restock supplies throughout shift.

Ensure all bar equipment and tools are clean and in working condition.

Assist with basic drink preparation and delivery when appropriate and permitted.

Respond quickly to bartender requests to help maintain prompt service.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift up to 30lbs.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
