WHAT WE WANT

FriendFinder Networks is looking for a talented Customer Relationship Management Manager, who is responsible for researching, copywriting, and editing unique and engaging copy for editorials, marketing, internal customers, and site copy that reflects FriendFinder Networks Inc.'s brand and voice on web sites visited by millions of people every day. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase conversions and improve messaging. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to track needs, progress and effectiveness. Your contributions will ensure the best possible user engagement for everyone who visits our web sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead a team to write engaging error free copy to affirmatively reflect FriendFinder Networks' brand and voice and Company as the thought leader in Internet social media
• Oversee the implementation and messaging used for push notifications across FriendFinder Network family of sites.
• Create and execute retention campaigns
• Ensure unified messaging/goals across all communication channels with customers.
• Organize and implement A/B tests working closely with inhouse analytics department
• Coordinate copy strategically utilizing SEO best practices
• Work with creative teams to set priorities
• Oversee existing marketing materials, websites, and push notifications, and provide assistance and feedback to other teams' marketing pieces and communications
• Perform editorial tasks such; proofreading and correction checks
• Ensure customer-centric copy that uses the appropriate voice for targeted audience
• Work with product and engineering teams to prioritize and scope tasks to improve the customer engagement.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Must have a Bachelor Arts/Science degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years online marketing experience with email marketing, banners, direct mail and promotions experience; social networking experience highly preferred
• Expert experience level with MS Office, and other document editing tools
• Must be comfortable with adult content
• Must be at least 18

WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE

• Able to write the FriendFinder voice across a variety of mediums including email, online and print
• Able to review in detail the organization of materials in accordance with professional editing techniques to ensure intent, readability, and accuracy
• Able to write, edit, revise, and proof-read copy prior to publication
• Maintain consistency in creative quality across all projects
• Able to coordinate all copy and maintain consistency in tone, style and quality of work
• Able to generate unique ideas to create exclusive copy
• Familiarity and understanding of SEO copy best practices and ability to balance SEO needs with customer goals
• Comfortable with conducting tests, interpreting the data, and building upon learnings

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 D.O.E.
