Associate Project Manager

Baxter

Associate Project Manager role within Baxter's healthcare software division, based remotely on Pacific Time. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing customer projects from sales handoff through support transition, with emphasis on fast-paced, smaller-scale engagements.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for all client project needs and lead project activities
Develop project plans detailing resource allocation and product delivery schedules
Facilitate recurring remote and in-person meetings with agenda and minutes distribution
Forecast project completion timelines and revenue delivery; manage customer expectations
Reassess and reprioritize project tasks through independent effort and team coordination

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business, or related field
2+ years of professional customer-facing work experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
Comfortable learning in IT-focused environments with complex products
Experience with MS Dynamics, Kanata, and/or Power BI preferred
Must reside on US West Coast or commit to Pacific Time hours
US work authorization; visa sponsorship unavailable

Compensation: $88,000-$121,000 base annually
