West Des Moines, Iowa – 1099 Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician Board eligible/certified pediatric anesthesiology physicians invited to join as 1099 independent contractors. Current IA state license is a plus. Location & Practice MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center – West Des Moines, Iowa. Level II Trauma Center with >800 licensed beds. Over 10,000 surgery cases and 2,500 OB cases per year. Responsibilities First and second call every two weeks with a day off after. Specialties include cardiac, pediatric, and general anesthesia. Provide anesthesia services in a moderately low call burden setting with flexible scheduling. Qualifications Board eligible or certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology. 1099 independent contractor status required. Current Iowa state license preferred.
