Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, which will inform tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy to help clients navigate their mental health issues. Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducational workshops focused on common mental health challenges, encouraging peer support and community bonding among participants. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and comprehensive care for our clients. Provide crisis intervention and support in urgent or emergency situations, ensuring safety and stability for clients during times of acute distress. Educate clients about mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and available resources in the community to empower them in their recovery journey. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems. Participate actively in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and remain current with industry trends. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges. You will work primarily with adults and adolescents struggling with mental health issues, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and fostering an atmosphere of trust and respect. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. In-depth understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment modalities. Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create actionable treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members. Knowledge of ethical standards and sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries. Preferred Experience Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation. Previous work in a remote setting, showcasing your ability to manage a flexible schedule effectively. Training or certification in specific therapeutic techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or trauma-informed care. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
