Welcome to Uncle Kebba’s Lemonade! We specialize in old fashioned fresh squeezed lemonade, limeade, orangeade, Arnold Palmers (Aka Fair style lemonade shake-ups), and great customer service! Our drinks are made to order right in front of your eyes and served in big 32 or 64 oz cups. Add one of our many flavors at no extra cost, or choose one of our specialty mixes, also free! We also offer discounted refills when you bring your cup and lid back!

This listing is for the position of Market Manager with Uncle Kebba's Lemonade. We are looking to fill ONE position and start training asap. Our season runs from March until the end of November.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Picking up company van and supplies from HQ in Woodbridge and traveling to our event sites. Setting up, and working the events. (You are paid for drive time)(Set up times for markets vary from 7am to 9am. End times vary from 12pm to 2pm. Special event time vary in general)
• Tearing down events and returning van and supplies to Woodbridge
• Overseeing and managing 1-3 support staff at a time
• Shopping for and prepping supplies for the week at HQ
• Knowing product inventory, recipes, and pricing
• Ensuring cleanliness, friendliness, service standards, and safety of work area at events
• Supervising any support staff and managing efficiency of production
• Ensuring quality of product and service standards
• Making drinks and taking payments
• Ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and organization of supplies at closing
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of storage facility and/or HQ
• Interacting with event coordinators and heath department inspectors when needed
• Reporting any issues or needs to Kevin
• Ensuring a five star guest experience
• Completing sales reports
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of company vans

What we expect from you:

• You are: friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with guests, fellow management, and ownership
• 18 years or older
• Punctual
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable making drinks, and cleaning work areas and supplies
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
• Willing to learn and embrace our culture
• Willing to take initiative

**Candidates must be available Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings and have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. (This is very important)

**Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time, lift cases of fruit, 5 gallon jugs of water, and ice coolers

**Must have food service industry experience
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to sell products and services and meet sales targets
