We're partnering with a successful and growing multifamily real estate development company that has developed approximately 2,000 apartment units and built a strong reputation over more than a decade in the industry.

The company operates with a lean, entrepreneurial structure, giving team members broad exposure and direct interaction with ownership rather than being confined to a narrow corporate function.

The company is seeking someone who can help coordinate projects, support development activities, and grow into greater responsibility as they gain experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Coordination

• Track development projects, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate follow-up activities and action items
• Help ensure projects continue moving forward
• Organize information across multiple projects

Development Support

• Assist with site evaluation and project feasibility efforts
• Coordinate due diligence activities and documentation
• Support entitlement and zoning-related processes
• Work with municipalities, consultants, and project stakeholders

Property Finance & Lender Coordination

• Assist with lender requests and project documentation
• Support financing-related activities
• Organize project budgets, reports, and financial information
• Gain exposure to multifamily development finance

Construction, Operations & Lease-Up

• Participate in project update meetings
• Assist with construction-related coordination
• Support communication between ownership and project stakeholders
• Participate in operational reporting and lease-up activities

Compensation

• Base salary: $85,000-$95,000 + benefits
• Additional compensation package to be discussed during the interview process
