Guidewire Business AnalystRole - Guidewire Business AnalystExperience Required - 5+ YearsMust Have Technical/Functional Skills:Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, specifically in Personal Lines Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Guidewire Digital, DataHub, InfoCenter, etc.)Guidewire implementationJIRA and ConfluenceRoles & Responsibilities:Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Guidewire Policy Center, Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsementsMin 5yrs of hands-on experience as business analyst in driving requirement gathering session with business stakeholdersGather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams.Communicate requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Provide recommendations and validate proposed solutions.Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change.Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
