SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We have openings for: Looking for an individual to join our multinational application engineering group to perform application development and testing for our high‑tech control and safety system and associated software. This position is based in our Pompano Beach, Florida headquarters. Responsibilities Perform final qualification of new products and changes to existing products as a member of the product development team. Work with field engineers to develop responses to customer requests for proposals and to build the necessary applications to meet their requirements. Travel to customer locations as needed to provide on‑site technical support or product training (approximately 5%). Job Requirements Advise existing customers on solutions to their issues and on proper implementation of their systems. Conduct customer meetings and provide seminars and training. Exhibit the highest levels of professional discretion as a technical representative of RTP in all customer relationships. Be energetic, curious, resourceful, highly creative, and self‑motivated; able to thrive in a fast‑moving and sometimes ambiguous environment. Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Demonstrate ownership, initiative, clear thinking, and self‑motivation. Experience Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to give group presentations in a seminar environment and to coordinate highly technical discussions as part of product development and project engineering teams. Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
