As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Pasadena team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

MUST HAVE Experience
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, sales, or staffing experience with a staffing firm is required
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and social media recruiting tools
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for client openings
- Review resumes and applications to identify top talent
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build talent pipelines
- Match candidate skills and career goals with client opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS and CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client and candidate experiences
- Provide regular recruiting activity and pipeline updates
