Shift: 16- and 24-hour shifts

Hours/week: Based on shift schedule

License/Certs: Georgia Nurse Practitioner license, Neonatal Certification

Experience: Prior Neonatal or NICU experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Support high-acuity newborns needing intensive monitoring & treatment
• Manage care within a busy 20-bed newborn nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Support newborns from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care
• Work in a state-of-the-art, newly renovated hospital environment
• Participate in structured clinical shifts, providing consistent care

What You Need

Required:

• Current Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
• Neonatal Certification (NNP) preferred
• Prior NICU or neonatal experience

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Level III NICU
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Residency within the local area (relocation may be required)
