Bilingual Legal Intake SpecialistWe are a busy personal injury law firm in Aventura, FL, looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist who knows how to turn a phone call into a signed client. This is not a receptionist role — it is the front door of our firm. Every call you take could be the next case that changes someone's life, and your job is to make sure qualified callers feel heard, trust us, and sign up on the spot.The right person is a compassionate closer: warm and empathetic with injured callers, but disciplined about following our intake process, qualifying cases, overcoming hesitation, and getting retainers signed the same day. If you have done personal injury intake before and you love the rush of a signed-up client, we want to meet you.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoAnswer inbound calls and respond to web leads quickly — speed mattersConduct full intake interviews in English and Spanish, with empathy and professionalismQualify cases against our firm's criteria (accident type, injuries, treatment, liability, insurance, statute of limitations)Walk qualified prospects through the retainer and e-sign the agreement on the same call whenever possibleFollow up persistently with warm leads who didn't sign on the first contact — calls, texts, and emails until they sign or declineAccurately log every lead, call note, and case detail in our CRM / case management systemCoordinate with attorneys and case managers to smoothly hand off newly signed clientsHit weekly and monthly sign-up goalsQualificationsPrior legal intake experience is required — personal injury intake strongly preferredFluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) — requiredProven track record of converting leads into signed clientsComfortable on the phone for most of your shift; strong listener and clear communicatorOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple leads at once without dropping the ballFamiliarity with intake CRMs and e-signature tools (Litify, CASEpeer, Filevine, Lead Docket, DocuSign, or similar) is a big plusEmpathetic, calm, and professional — many of our callers are in pain, scared, or overwhelmedSelf-motivated and goal-driven; you actually like having a sign-up targetCompensation $60,000 About Rafaeli Law PLLCRafaeli Law is a cutting-edge, personal injury law firm that's redefining what it means to serve accident victims with compassion, precision, and relentless advocacy.
