ONO AI has been engaged as a hiring partner by a Y Combinator-backed AI startup in San Francisco. Fresh off a nearly $20M Series A, they're looking to appoint experienced Founding Enterprise Account Executives. The Company A fast-moving, well-backed AI startup redefining enterprise automation. Its AI agents learn by watching — a customer shows the workflow via a screen recording, and the platform turns it into reliable, production-grade automation that is 10x faster and lower cost than legacy RPA. Fortune 500 insurers and major healthcare providers already rely on the technology. Backed by top-tier investors and Y Combinator with almost $20M raised and a Series B planned in the next 12–18 months, the company is now building out its go-to-market engine — and this is one of the founding sales hires that will shape how that happens. The Role We are hiring for experienced Founding Enterprise Account Executives on behalf of our client who will own the full sales cycle and take its automation platform into Fortune 500 enterprises. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be one of the earliest GTM hires with significant upside and real influence over strategy — not slotting into an existing playbook, but helping define it. You’ll sell consultatively to the C‑suite (COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations), aligning our client’s platform to executive economic interests and making the case to replace legacy RPA tooling that costs enterprises millions. What You’ll Do Own the complete sales cycle end-to-end — sourcing, prospecting, consultative discovery, and closing enterprise deals Build and manage a robust pipeline against a ~$1.2–1.5M annual quota, working closely with SDRs Position the platform as a replacement for legacy RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), building the economic case Travel ~10% to meet customers on‑site across the US and build deep executive relationships Partner with leadership to refine GTM strategy and package solutions for Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of enterprise SaaS sales, closing $100–200K+ ACV deals Full‑cycle enterprise seller — both sourcing AND closing to the C‑suite A blend of a reputable startup (Series B+, top‑VC backed) and a larger established company across the SAAS B2B enterprise market Technical understanding of automation (RPA, IDP, iPaaS, or workflow automation platforms) A genuinely consultative seller who aligns solutions to executive economic interests Willing to work 5 days/week in‑person in SF (Mission District) and travel ~10% Nice to Have Prior experience selling into Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services Background in consulting (Big 4) doing technical implementations before moving into sales The Opportunity Founding GTM seat reporting directly to the CEO — shape the sales org from the ground up Cutting‑edge AI replacing legacy RPA at 10x speed and lower cost $19M raised (Series B in 12–18 months) Exceptional competitive base + OTE + meaningful equity and a massive TAM to attack This search is managed exclusively by ONO AI.
