These are the qualifications that matter. 3+ years of experience in construction supply, hardware, or building materials preferred 2+ years of related experience Prior supervisory or lead experience required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (POS systems, inventory software) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why This Job? Responsibilities: Supervise daily counter operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient order processing Manage and train counter staff; schedule, assign tasks, and monitor performance Coordinate closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and special orders Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales counter Support inventory management and product display Assist with sales growth through relationship building and product knowledge Friendly Team.
