This role is much bigger than payroll.

Yes, you'll own payroll.

But you'll also help shape compensation, administer benefits, analyze workforce data, improve systems, validate incentive plans, reconcile our self-funded health plan, support our 401(k), and partner with Accounting and leaders across the company. It's a role that combines finance, technology, HR, compliance, analytics, and continuous improvement.

What success looks like

• You ask questions other people don't think to ask.
• You catch issues before they become problems.
• You make complicated things make sense.
• You automate repetitive work instead of accepting it.
• You help people trust that when it comes to their paycheck and benefits, everything is exactly as it should be.

You'll probably love this job if...
