Why You’ll Love This Role This role will be the front line IT support presence at Cribl’s San Francisco headquarters. You’ll be the local “face” of IT with a lot of exposure to key technologies and VIP stakeholders. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… Support Criblanians world wide with hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT Support Support the SF office 3-4 days/week in person, with a focus on AV, events, and IT infrastructure. Manage the employee lifecycle by conducting onboarding classes and handling offboarding request Capture important troubleshooting workflows and how-tos in the form of knowledge base articles Serve as a logistical backup to the local Workplace support staff. Execute on project based work to further automation, integrate Cribl systems, and document processes. This position will require stand‑by, on‑call, or off‑hours duties If You’ve Got It - We Want It Experience supporting users in a cloud environment Familiarity with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune Mac and Windows support experience Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Open AI ChatGPT #LI-KJ1 #LI-Remote The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales‑adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission).
