In this role, you will meet and speak with prospective new residents and their loved ones as they search for the right senior living community. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting‑edge, strategic marketing plan. Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets. Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. Implement ways to increase occupancy and meet targeted occupancy goals. Work together with your team to execute events that draw prospects to the community. Qualifications Previous work experience in senior living. Results‑driven and goal‑oriented. Previous experience in marketing & sales, 5+ years. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
