Master Subaru Technician

Pay: Most experienced techs earn up to $40 per flat rate hour

We will discuss the schedule at the interview. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.

Department Hours: Mon-Fri 7 am to 7 pm. Fri 7am to 5pm. Closed on Sunday.

You will be onsite in Bellevue WA and report to the Service Manager.

What You'll Do

The Automotive Service Technician performs automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.
• Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of prior automotive repair experience-Required
• We require ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

Flat rate pay range for this role is $32 to $40 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
