We provide built-in toolboxes to all techs (we do not provide hand tools). Tools and tool vouchers provided to entry level technicians.Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. Supportive in helping you achieve your career goals.We promote from within, we encourage growth as our motto is, "Growth Powered by People".What You'll DoThe Automotive Service Technician is responsible performing automotive repairs and service observing store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.What You'll BringPrior automotive repair experience requiredWe require ASE and manufacturer certifications.A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer serviceAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceTotal RewardsThis is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
