Description Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to support our financial services office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly Manage front desk operations, including sign-in procedures Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests as needed Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized reception area Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, AR. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
