JOB SUMMARY

Asa supervisor, you will be responsible to effectively direct, manage, train andre-train the team as needed and manage the team. The ability to exercise goodjudgment in a variety of situations. In addition, multi-tasking, team buildingas well as strong leadership skills are a must. Other critical success factorsfor this role include the ability to think-outside- the- box, maintain apositive attitude, be self-reliant, remain flexible in daily responsibilitiesand always conduct oneself professionally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ability to be on call foremergencies or assistance 24/7 Self-starter with the abilityto multi-task and manage time without direct supervision. Personal appearance, businessimage. MUST speak and write English,speaking other languages is a Plus. MUST read the shift log dailyand monitor the cameras on daily basis. Assign personnel in the day-to-dayactivities (scheduling) and handling of emergency requests. MUST provide the team with the schedule every two weeks and keep updating as needed. Develop and maintain positiverelationship with the team and attend team meeting as needed. Visit employees on regularbasis on each site on different shifts to reach each employee, rotatingevery two weeks. Provide training to new hiresand follow up on performance evaluation. Willing to get involved withdaily duties and functions with staff Re-evaluate the employee skillsand performance if necessary. Make sure the employees arefollowing the Handbook regulations and the regulations of the building. Every conversation withemployees MUST be documented. Handling any customer complainin timely manner and professional level. Punctuality on fixing andreviewing clock in-out punches on daily bases. Record and address anyattendance issues, report to HR department any warning notice beforeapproaching the employee. Any employee request for PTOavailable, the supervisor should send an email to Payroll department,using the correct form. Request forms for sick, dayoff, and vacation MUST be provided by the supervisor. All incident report filled outupon occurring, MUST be reported to HR.
