Temp Bookkeeper / HR Administrator
We are seeking an independent and reliable Temp Bookkeeper / HR Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day to day bookkeeping duties as well as handling essential HR administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of stepping in and working autonomously with minimal supervision from day one.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process a light daily volume of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) invoices and vendor bills.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and internal software systems.
- Oversee light HR duties, including candidate onboarding and employee offboarding.
- Manage benefits administration for medical, dental, and life insurance plans.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance across all financial and personnel functions.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage full cycle bookkeeping tasks without training on basic concepts.
- Experience with DBA or willingness to learn internal proprietary systems.
- Prior experience handling basic HR functions and benefits administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
