Partner Growth Manager

Owning the long-tail partner funnel, the remote Partner Growth Manager will manage acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies for Apollo's diverse agency partner ecosystem, focusing on scalable growth marketing initiatives rather than traditional partner management. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end partner funnel, defining and reporting on key metrics such as activation rates and partner-sourced pipeline Design and implement automated programs for onboarding and engagement, utilizing PartnerStack for operational management Leverage ecosystem data to create growth signals and partner-facing nudges, while collaborating with Partner Marketing to distribute relevant content at scale Required qualifications Experience in growth marketing or lifecycle marketing, with a focus on managing programs for large user bases Strong understanding of funnel metrics, including activation, conversion, and retention rates Familiarity with PartnerStack and Crossbeam, or the ability to quickly learn similar tools Proven ability to design automated programs that scale across a large population without manual outreach Experience collaborating with marketing teams to produce and distribute content effectively
