Job Description

We are seeking talented and entrepreneurial veterinarians to partner with us and become medical directors in a practice that we will build together. We're offering immediate ownership/equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost!

We will provide you with a brand-new building and the state-of-the-art equipment needed to allow you to deliver world-class medicine. Location is completely flexible - let us know where you want to build!

Most importantly, we emphasize and provide medical autonomy to all our practices since you are the experts in medicine. Our role is to provide the business support and solutions to help you, and your practice, succeed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience
• Current DEA license/USDA accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health's core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well

Salary range can vary from $120,000 to $220,000. Determining factor is solely based off experience, qualifications, schedule, compensation structure, and is subjected to change per applicable candidate.
