Summary The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by building strong client relationships and delivering personalized, elevated service both in-store and remotely. The role focuses on driving sales through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and styling while ensuring a seamless client journey. The Client Advisor also supports store operations and visual standards to maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities Proactively engage and build lasting relationships with clients, recruiting new clients and developing existing ones. Drive individual and team sales results using effective selling techniques, cross-selling, and upselling. Deliver personalized, hospitality-focused client experiences through product knowledge, styling advice, and storytelling. Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create additional selling opportunities. Process POS transactions accurately, capture client information, and support stock maintenance and inventories. Contribute to visual standards, adhere to grooming and loss prevention policies, and support general store administration. Requirements 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record of achieving results. Proven ability to build client relationships, demonstrate commercial awareness, and inspire trust and collaboration. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to fast-moving and complex situations.
