Job Description

Seeking Dynamic Receptionist for UES Acupuncture and Wellness Center.

Tasks:

- customer service and operational tasks

- emailing, phones and in person communication with clients of practice

- check in, checkout, entering purchases and checks

- creative, business development, marketing and research side projects based on interests and talents

Qualities:

Qualifications & Experience:

- administrative experience preferable

- Proficiency in the Google and Office suite (Google docs, sheets, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Apple products
