Healthcare Construction Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager for a general contracting company that has experience in ground up healthcare facilities. This Project Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinating with architects, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and safety standards, and tracking project performance. The role also involves identifying and mitigating risks, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining clear communication across all project phases. REQUIRED SKILLS 5+ years of experience being a Project Manager for general contracting companies withing large healthcare projects; required to have supported a least one new hospital build from the ground up. Strong written or verbal communication skills. Experience tracking scope, schedule, and budget. Experience with healthcare inspections strongly preferred within building codes, regulations, and compliance standards. (AHCA, TJC, CMS, ICRA, ASHE, ect). Must be local to (OR willing to relocate to) Southern FL, as far north as Port St. Lucie and as far south as Boca Raton, to work completely onsite in Jupiter, FL. Relocation package not currently offered and would be at the candidate's own expense. PREFERRED SKILLS Procore experience. Experience working for another general contracting firm within the healthcare industry (Verdex, Hendrick Brothers, The Weitz Company, Robin & Morton, Bransfield & Gorrie, Gilbane, Suffolk, Miller Construction, DPR Construction). COMPENSATION: $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
