Job Overview As Fire Protection Service Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day service operations, coordinating a team of a customer‑service administrative representative and service technicians. Your focus will be on meeting customer expectations, achieving company goals, and driving continuous improvement in our service delivery. Responsibilities Provide accurate labor forecasting and manage inspection, testing, and maintenance schedules to meet client life‑safety needs. Lead the Service Coordination team to ensure timely completion of work orders. Prepare recommendations for overhead adjustments. Contribute to strategic and operational planning, setting and achieving group and company targets. Collaborate with managers and staff across the organization for effective communication and coordination. Partner with HR to steer recruitment and employment processes in line with company procedures and compliance standards. Maintain proactive communication with customers to deliver high‑quality service and promote repeat business. Champion health and safety awareness, ensuring compliance with H&S procedures and standards. Support safety initiatives and assist in implementing new programs. Review sales contracts and provide managerial support. Contribute to business development through sales presentations and interviews. Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build and sustain a high‑performance team capable of operating efficiently, productively, and cost‑effectively. Operate effectively under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality. Lead change management initiatives within the business. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt within a team environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of related service‑management experience. Familiarity with cost, billing, and processing paperwork. Working knowledge of leadership principles and management best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong personal organization and business‑administration abilities. Successful completion of a drug test, pre‑employment background screening, and MVR checks for driving positions.
