Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to various caseloads and collaborate with diverse teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
• Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Serve as an advocate for children’s communication needs in the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide documentation, and maintain accurate records
