Required Qualifications:

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state license to practice as an SLP
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Deliver both individual and group interventions to maximize student outcomes
• Support inclusive practices by consulting and coaching school staff to facilitate successful classroom integration
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress
