Job Description
Prominent defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Appellate team in their NYC office. Ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in NY and have 2+ years of litigation experience. Experience in Appellate or Civil Litigation Defense experience is preferred.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Handle a wide range of appellate cases from start to finish \n
- Draft appellate motions and applications \n
- Provide motion assistance to trial teams, including motions in limine, summary judgement motions and post-trial motions \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- JD from an accredited law school \n
- Strong research and writing skills \n
- 2+ years of civil defense experience \n
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in NY \n
Base Compensation up to 160k+ Generous Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits + Hybrid work schedule.
