Responsibilities: · Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process · Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers · Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements · Perform bookkeeping duties: Maintain data on financial statements · Oversee payroll so employees are paid accurately and in a timely manner Requirements: · Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) · Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems · Must have 2 or more years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a management accountant, bookkeeper, cost accountant or similar (CPA preferred) · Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required · Must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills · Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays · Strong organizational skills - detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and be proactive · Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision · Ability to plan and prioritize workload and have excellent multi-tasking abilities · Quality decision-making skills · Self-motivated and self-starter, proactive in learning and career development · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail · Interpersonal and communication skills · Teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to support the team to success · Time management - meeting deadlines, managing workloads, ability to prioritize effectively Job details: · Personal Time Off · 401(k), Paid time off, Vision and Dental insurance, Health savings account, Life insurance · Full-time · Weekends as needed, Evenings as needed, Holidays · 234 W Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ 08360 If interested, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io or apply on our website at Worldwide Jet Careers.
