Social Media Manager + Content Creator

We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Manager + Content Creator to help grow and manage our brand across social platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on content creation, community management, and creator partnerships. What You'll Do: Create, film, edit, schedule, and publish engaging social content across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms Manage day-to-day community engagement, including comments, DMs, mentions, and tags Identify trends, develop new content ideas, and help grow our presence on TikTok Support TikTok Live, including planning content, promotions, products, and talking points Identify, reach out to, and manage UGC creators and influencers from initial outreach through content delivery Maintain the social content calendar and coordinate content around launches, promotions, and campaigns Track social performance and use insights to improve future content Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Stories, and TikTok Live Experience with content scheduling and social management platforms Comfortable with Canva and CapCut or similar editing tools Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and TikTok Shop is a plus Basic understanding of social analytics, engagement metrics, and content performance Strong photo/video capture skills using a phone or camera Key Attributes: Creative and trend-aware Highly organized and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proactive and self-motivated Comfortable being on camera when needed Strong attention to detail Collaborative and open to feedback Able to balance creativity with deadlines and consistency Education & Experience: 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related role Experience managing brand social accounts across TikTok and Instagram Experience creating short-form video content from concept through posting Experience working with UGC creators, influencers, or brand ambassadors preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required What You’ll Bring: You live and breathe social media, know what makes people stop scrolling, and like trying new ideas.
