Job Description
TITLE
- Charge Nurse - Emergency Room

SCHEDULE
- 12-hour night shifts, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly

REQUIREMENTS
- Massachusetts nursing license required at submission
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- EPIC experience required
- Charge experience needed
- Must be open to floating to another facility as needed

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee patient care in the emergency department
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care for patients
- Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards
- Provide training and mentorship to new staff members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Coversheet required at submission
- Day one pass/fail test will be administered at orientation (1 attempt only)
- 2 attempts to pass Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing
- Must not have worked at the partner facility within the last 6 months
