About the Role

We are hiring Machine Operators to support Fin Tube milling operations in a clean, modern metals manufacturing environment. You will set up and run Fin Tube machines, inspect in‑process material, identify defects, record production data, and ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate Fin Tube machines / Configurar y operar máquinas de tubos
• Inspect in‑process material / Inspeccionar materiales en proceso y reportar defectos
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following EHS standards / Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura siguiendo las normas EHS
• Record quality data , scrap counts, and material usage / Registrar datos de calidad, conteo de desperdicios y uso de materiales
• Perform quality checks, load/unload machines, lift 40–50 lbs / Realizar controles de calidad, cargar/descargar máquinas, levantar 40–50 lbs
• Operate overhead crane as needed / Operar grúa aérea según sea necesario

Qualifications / Calificaciones

• 6+ months manufacturing experience / 6+ meses de experiencia en manufactura
• Understanding of decimals and fractions / Comprensión de decimales y fracciones

• Shifts available:
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. / Turno 2: Lunes–Viernes, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. / Turno 3: Lunes–Viernes, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wheeling, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
