As a warehouse supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead, direct, and assist in the overall management and performance of the facility.What you'll be doing: Assisting in the development and direction of activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility. Directing all warehouse and distribution services, including reception, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, inventory control, maintenance, and administration to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. Ensuring that procedures are in place for efficient and safe operation and utilization of all warehouse and distribution equipment. Ensuring current and accurate inventory control for all products, including following the company’s cycle count program. What we're looking for: Must-haves: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations. At least three years of logistics, materials, distribution, and/or supply chain experience. Nice-to-haves: Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Lean Six Sigma green belt. LSS and APICS (CPIM/CIRM/SCMP) certifications.
