If you get a thrill from clean reconciliations, accurate reporting, and helping a fast-paced team win... we want **YOU** on our team at Lee Hartman & Sons!### About the RoleAs our **Accounting Specialist**, you’ll be the ultimate backup hero and multi-tasking maestro. Your days will be split between:* Executing sharp, timely **invoicing** from our various vendors* Becoming a **NetSuite power user** (we’ll get you there!)* Maintaining and checking **WIP (Work in Progress) reports** for accuracy— tracking project costs, % completion, billings, and profitability so our AV/installation projects stay on budget and on point* Reconciling company credit cards like a boss* Supporting daily cash close-outs and jumping in on other fun accounting adventures as neededYou’ll work closely with our Controller and play a key role in keeping our mid-Atlantic audiovisual powerhouse running smoothly.## Qualifications### What You Bring to the Party* Intermediate-to-strong **Microsoft Excel** skills (formulas, pivots, and reporting are your friends)* A passion for accuracy and deadlines* Quick learner who retains info like a sponge* Comfortable with repetitive number-crunching but loves variety too* Flexible, reliable, and ready to adapt in a growing company* Bonus: Experience with job costing, WIP reporting, or NetSuite is a huge plus!**Minimum Requirements:** Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business preferred, OR 3–5 years of solid hands-on experience in similar accounting work.**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (rare overtime when the big projects heat up).
