Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; trade school, technical certificate, or associate degree is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with complex data and learning new systems.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a technical environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analysis, data quality, or auditing.
- Familiarity with SQL or KQL.
- Knowledge of building automation or building management systems (BMS).
- HVAC, controls, or air quality systems experience.
- Experience with fault detection or diagnostic systems.
HVAC or BMS experience is not required. Training will be provided, making this a good opportunity for candidates coming from a data, technical, QA, database, or building systems background.
