Sales Consultant

McCarthy Chevrolet- Overland Park is growing fast and looking to add great talent to our already winning team! We are looking to add an experienced Sales Consultant to our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their current automotive experience with a reputable, family owned company.
Compensation:
- Commission pay structure
- Multiple additional bonus opportunities including: $1000 Fast Start Bonus, Salesperson of the Month, Hat Trick Bonus, and more!

Responsibilities:
- Go above and beyond to be consultative and solution oriented for our customers in their search for a new vehicle
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and returning customers.
- Show passion and excitement for the brand and products
- Drive sales performance through a variety of tools and resources in order to exceed goals
- Desire to continue specialized and specific brand and products
- Deliver top notch service to all customers
