Maintenance and Repairs Service and repair commercial air conditioning systems Diagnostics and Troubleshooting Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues. Routine Inspections Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Customer Interaction Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions. Record Keeping Maintain accurate documentation of services performed. Safety and Standards Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance. Stay Sharp Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service. Experience Matters At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on commercial systems. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods. Customer Focus Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Certifications Required EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license. Reliability Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
