Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients presenting symptoms of severe emotional disorders or major mental illness, both in virtual and face-to-face settings when necessary.

• Building and maintaining positive relationships rooted in trust with clients and colleagues to further enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conducting thorough assessments that are evidence-based and developmentally appropriate, facilitating the creation of integrated care plans tailored to client needs.

• Providing crisis intervention services and utilizing de-escalation techniques during emergency situations to ensure client safety.

• Monitoring treatment plans, and progress towards personal goals, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Participating in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and address service gaps within the organization.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
