Senior Accountant

LHH is partnering with a growing organization to identify a talented Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional business support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities within a fast-paced environment Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance analysis Support internal and external audits, internal controls, and compliance efforts Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, and business leaders on projects and reporting initiatives Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across accounting functions Mentor and support junior accounting staff Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions CPA or CPA-eligible preferred Experience in construction, field services, installation, or project accounting is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
