Senior Technical Recruiter

SI Solutions has an immediate need for an experienced recruiter to support our organic growth initiative. In this new role, the Technical Recruiter will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized engineering, corporate and other technical positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, business unit leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, source and attract qualified candidates, and deliver exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success recruiting for specialized engineering and technical roles, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets. Experience recruiting engineers, NDE/NDT professionals, inspectors, technical specialists, and other highly skilled professionals within the energy, nuclear, power generation, industrial, or engineering consulting industries is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
