- Provide top-notch customer service and technical guidance.
- Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs.
- Assist with device setups, troubleshooting, and billing.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace.
Ideal Candidate:
- 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Bilingual
- Passion for people and technology.
- Dependable and flexible to work weekends/holidays.
