Business Affairs Specialist

Support the preparation, review, and administration of production-related agreements, including talent, vendor, production company, photographer, music, influencer, and location agreements Coordinate licensing and usage rights for photography, music, video, stock assets, and other creative content Assist with SAG-AFTRA and Non-Union documentation, talent payments, session tracking, and production paperwork, as applicable Partner with Production teams to support estimates, scopes of work, vendor onboarding, and production planning Review contracts and statements of work for completeness and identify questions for the Business Affairs Manager Maintain organized contract files, rights documentation, and expiration tracking Coordinate certificates of insurance, production documentation, and compliance requirements Assist with legal requests, intellectual property documentation, and advertising compliance research Support continuous improvements to Business Affairs processes and workflows Partner with Business Affairs, Production, Creative, Account Management, Finance, and Legal teams from project kickoff through final delivery Help ensure projects move forward efficiently while minimizing risk Requirements 2-4 years of experience in business affairs, production, legal operations, contract administration, project coordination, or a related advertising, media, or entertainment environment Familiarity with commercial production, contracts, licensing, or intellectual property is preferred Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Experience with SAG-AFTRA and Non-Union, music licensing, influencer agreements, or commercial production Basic knowledge on the Extreme Reach platform Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Ability to build strong working relationships across teams Ability to balance attention to detail with sound judgment Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects Ability to communicate clearly and proactively Initiative to solve problems and improve processes Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in contract administration, licensing, and production-related agreements while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
