What You ll Do

• Provide OB-GYN hospitalist services including triage, labor management, and surgeries
• Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies
• Oversee inpatient consults and deliveries in a Level II NICU environment
• Collaborate closely with community OB/GYN providers and hospital nursing staff
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical workflows for the new program
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and effective team collaboration
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
