We are looking for someone eager to contribute to our home improvement projects by generating high-quality leads.
Do you have strong English-Spanish skills, enjoy connecting with people, and have phone sales experience? We want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
• Communicate the value of our services clearly.
• Manage leads and update information in our CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Adhering to provided scripts to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
