We are currently hiring a Business Process Management Consultant/Organizational Change Manager Summary: One of our clients at Blue Cross Blue Shield is looking for a Business Process Management Consultant/Organizational Change Manager to understand why people have not adapted to system/technological changes. The hired employee will be responsible for leading multiple team approaches, leading discussions, documenting, with the goal of having people adapt to changes in business processes and technological changes. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management/Organizational Change Management (In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, +4 years of experience) Healthcare industry experience Location: Primarily remote, 1-2 days a month onsite in Columbia, MD.
